Bevy Athletics Return and Refund Policy
At Bevy Athletics, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible. Please read our return policy carefully.
Returns Policy:
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final.
- Store Credit Only: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for store credit.
Conditions for Return:
- Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Items returned that are damaged, worn, or missing tags will not be accepted.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for return or store credit.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact us at info@bevyathletics.com with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will provide you with instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email and issue your store credit within 7 business days.
Exchanges:
We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for store credit and place a new order using the credit.
Store Credit Details:
- Store credits can be used for any future purchases and will not expire.
- Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
